Tributes To Magnus Magnusson
Writer and broadcaster Magnus Magnusson – best remembered as the presenter of Mastermind for 25 years - has died, aged 77. He died peacefully at his home near Glasgow at 6.45pm in the arms of his family – his wife Mamie, to whom he was married for 52 years, and his four surviving children Sally, Margaret, Anna and Jon. His elder son Siggy died in 1973.
